Introduction
Use of the Website

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Services Provided To Massage/SPA Centres and its Terms
Service Listings: We provide a platform for SPA and massage centers in Kerala to list their services. Customers can find business details and book services online.
Booking Services: Customers can book massage and SPA services through this website. The bookings are subject to the availability and terms of the respective SPA or massage center.
On accepting this agreement, the Centre hereby agrees and confirms that the Centre established and works under and after complying with all the legal requirements and registrations as applicable in the State of Kerala and the Country and that NearMyMassage.com shall not be liable for any shortfall in this regard.
By accepting this agreement, the massage centre hereby agrees to indemnify and to undertake any liability which may occur on NearMyMassage.com in case of any deficiency in registrations, licenses, approvals, its renewals or on account of non-compliance or violation of any laws prevailing in the country.
The Centre shall settle with the service provider (NearMyMassage.com) with the consideration on their services within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of invoice.
User Conduct
Prohibited Activities: On accepting this agreement you agree not to:
- Use the website for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Harass, threaten, demean, embarrass, or otherwise harm any other user.
- Post or transmit any content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the website or its services.
Listings and Reviews
Accuracy: Business owners must ensure that all information provided in their listings is accurate and up-to-date.

The service provider reserves the right to not to accept or reject the bookings prompted or initiated by any user without prior notice.
The service provider reserves the right to not to accept or reject the registration of any Massage centres without any prior notice.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NearMyMassage.com, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the website or your violation of these Terms.
By accepting this agreement, NearMyMassage.com shall not be liable for any actions or service complaints and that the respective massage centre shall alone be liable for financial or other damages caused in this regard due to the service provided by the massage centre.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kerala or India as may be applicable without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located in Alappuzha, Kerala for the resolution of any disputes.
